Participants: Tianhai Li, Xiaofeng Deng, Haihua Yun, Annie, Shudong Mao, Min Li, Tiangang Yang, Han Lu, Zhimin Yin, Rognmei Cheng, Victor Wang, Yue Xu, Jie Xie, 越来越开心

Discussion is around how to thank the members for the whole year's support and how to attract new members in the coming year of 2006.
Decision:
1. New Year Party January 28, Longting Restaurant.
* Target: 350 people
* Committee: Tiangang Yang，Shudong Mao, Jie Xie, Haihua Yun, etc. Consultant: Tin Yip
* Fee(per person): $20 (non-member); $20(new member, including $10 annual member fee); $15 (new members who arrived shorter than six mouths, including $10 member fee); $10(members)
NB. Member's direct family will enjoy the member standard too. So, if one old member brings two family members together, they only need to pay $30; if one decides to join as new member for the year 2006, he brings two family too, then they need to pay $40 altogether.
2.Develop EMIS website : Shudong Mao
Every event should have an retrievable "e-copy" on the website.
3.Communities of practice: Min Li
Engineers, small business owners, day-caring, sports(Pingpong, Badminton, tourism etc.)
4.New immigrants settlement program: Xiaofeng Deng
EMIS acts as coordinator among the 4 settlement families, provides information and services for free.
5. Applying for a place for EMIS: Tin Yip 咋又给我忘了？我这么不起眼么？ 呵呵，对不住一穷二白兄弟！:dahan::dahan:
