Just a comment on common-law relationship declaration. You do NOT need a lawyer to declare such relationship. As long as you have lived with your bf for over 12 consecutive months, you are can apply for PR under common-law class.; `/ B1 M, o, _/ W% @5 M2 x

I recently had my application process completed by CIC under the common-law class. I printed out the Declaration form on the CIC website and had the Commissioner of Oath sign on the form(with a small fee). You can do this at any registry. The whole Sponsorship+PR process taken up to a year in many cases. Just keep in mind that you have to provide as many documentation to prove your relationship as you can. Good luck. |
