& _" K7 |$ R# t; T% R# t- L
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

% @, S+ R( L) `; H9 P; x, _( z5 K' o- J• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.* y- X, `) [/ C& d8 ]; {

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.( E" f8 Z; |* f) [$ Q6 m

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.# e. q( ?( f+ w% R( v: D E

Job Qualifications
! X2 @1 M6 E% H* ]4 y3 Q• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

" V# \" K: M6 b6 p6 h4 K3 s• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

+ B( A j/ y8 z- ~! T% B5 \• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
) N/ l' C$ V F; E! v
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
! ~3 G, i4 @+ u3 W/ E' j3 @
• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
