I am looking for someone who is interested in any piece of the furniture, but the best is to sell it all together (I’ll give you a discount if you’d like to take it all). If you are also interested in the apartment, we can manage the lease transfer as well, so that you can move into the apartment with all the furniture already there.

The location (9820 104St) is close to Jasper Ave and Bay/Enterprise Square LRT station (3-5 min walk, 10 min train to university) and you can also take bus#9 to Southgate or Northgate. The rental fee is ca $1154/month.
As for the furniture, we have:

a dining table with 4 chairs ($100),
a soft sofa (very comfortable, stylish and in a perfect condition, $250),
