Job Description:

· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

3 l3 x9 |! L  t; {( C' @5 ^" \· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

. b. V9 G: q6 O8 W· Customer relationship management.

· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

· Data collection and data analysis.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Hands on attitude to get the job done. Good work ethic.

· Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.
