        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
' T) K* g# q) t$ Y% M5 `         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
* E' ?' x2 ^8 |8 e7 }' \         Generate reports.
2 }# O4 G  d" q" L, t5 P         Provide friendly and professional services.
( @) r  Y7 v) T' w) a, \2 s( b. m         Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
        Monitor and order office supplies.
! e& m* s  n: ?8 C  q         Container information update
        Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
        Strong verbal and written English.
2 T# _% P! \* x; n5 A4 P4 J$ s         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  e0 C3 g7 k5 J# D; \" P' z" b        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
- T4 v! I( `. f( j6 {         Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
