Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
6 I. t" k( i! m; P: h+ Y4 R-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

$ {" G- g% u9 |4 a9 B- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

6 b$ i" B5 O$ t$ d( S2 U- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
9 U" Z2 A" ~3 y5 s) ^. `3 G8 P* X- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
% F8 J4 {, E) p- O- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
