The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.( X2 a2 U) _- I# |" w, F

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials& a7 B% E; c: [. ^, A
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently0 I3 x/ @+ w* n2 Y# i

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
2 l. N8 {' y) \1 uKnowledge of non-ferrous processing

Well-articulated and assertive
: D4 ^+ d M( C4 j# R6 R& g, HAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization- v% ^; q5 \% H. u1 I7 g
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
