• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
0 S3 U9 m0 o2 D• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. # r7 n5 H; u( g, _% K
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.! n( c6 B) y( l$ @! I# ^
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.

• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
& d# L s* P" Z+ ~1 Y4 l/ ]0 i$ t• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications
$ A9 K' p C" U E1 m4 E. cRequirements:- C! [( m* |; ^% B7 G! H% a
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. + ~! g5 r: i) j' o
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. 7 Y4 p! J$ `# t$ \
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
+ I- d! ~! j# I) f2 ]0 O" v- K• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.* V, c4 \4 b5 `% p4 \; I7 l' E
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
