This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
9 C3 W5 J6 N( O•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

# q( E5 U7 {8 p•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
0 I- E: U- ]( H: R' [2 r•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
% ^- H4 O. j6 Z* |, e& k•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
" k' c2 ~& F4 T0 U* F) c•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
7 ?7 A$ X3 k' g5 ?. F•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
