; ]0 V) @( ?8 f" q0 F: _4 u5 q•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
8 J2 |; r( M! |$ M' O; k4 ]$ H. j" r•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

( W7 h' n' f3 h+ X/ aJob Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
% ^2 |$ `/ X) F& D% _- ^6 D: }6 H•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
