The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.' ^4 i0 l% ~2 u9 y1 c

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
" l- l: L7 `4 f$ E; v* G# xWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
# r/ [0 i; K. S, D& p1 ~) HAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
7 v* T. b6 M7 U4 \! F& ^Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
' A p8 l7 S$ D% ?3 s$ j3 fOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
8 u7 P, S- @) n! D6 o2 N9 f: yEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;7 ?9 R, y, T* D, w8 n9 j
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
