The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
9 `. N/ ^5 L' ]& b) a! eWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
$ r: C/ s' X, ~" TAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines) j4 V8 E. U: c9 M/ y3 T& h9 }; U
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
9 [5 [$ T. S# i; v* D' pOversee file management for all LMIA matters;9 ?* i- M" }* N1 m
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( C2 D2 \+ `. @1 N1 IConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients. i: b' ^7 e( z/ X8 W
Conduct all work within established time standards;
