请教各位：在Comfree上买房，第一次下offer时应该把定金（支票）交给卖主吗？还是可以等到卖主接受offer后交给我的lawyer？如果价格没谈成，定金会马上退回吗，还是要等几天？谢谢答复。

Should be 把定金（支票）交给 Seller Lawyer. Comfree have 2 lawyers recommended at the back of their magazine. Ask if your seller to which lawyer he used
