9 z1 ^- P4 O7 ?. K n• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
1 `4 g0 P* @; U- n: b• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
/ n, C# |0 R s1 H• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible9 y: N, ^* m3 P8 r6 f! D1 U8 @* K) @5 m2 L
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.0 M; P4 u: g: \0 Q+ W

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
! N z+ p! C P• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
/ {: L5 M6 p% i! w# k4 h• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills) J* T1 B. F" h% z
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
9 g# t7 w! f4 s8 W• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry). l7 i1 v/ _3 k, X
