年薪 $30,000起 44hrs/week with living and carpool

主要工作职责：

/ w# `- {& v; i7 k: PJob Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
3 h* e3 u2 W! l4 h6 a-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
% T- A5 k. b$ ]7 K: c-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
9 \  i8 w% Z* E" }" T-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
, I& i/ x- @* A. d$ d8 `-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
3 @1 O2 g$ o. d7 B1 \-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
