  O0 B; a8 d+ ^4 d5 r2 O$ a3 WŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
6 D5 [! ]) y8 iŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
+ F5 _+ R8 y* M: ~8 ^5 vŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# D8 o4 i; g! a3 U+ zŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
! U9 _  U2 Y7 L# f. Y5 lŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
0 c% M+ s4 Q9 _6 v7 X& H5 G& sŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
