Job Summary:
" _3 @# u% m% b9 mThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.& E, q0 V+ M% F3 L+ s( l) s

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials: d3 c# c% b- _/ ~! V& @" ~5 \
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Must be able to work safely at all times8 Q' i& K. W+ U7 l) v
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing0 D+ ` U& I: \+ i/ i4 U% p5 r
High school diploma (Or GED)

% | ]' f9 S. O: @Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization# _$ S8 B! Z0 o& O
