Job type: Full-time Permanent
* }- @  w1 Q% u6 j# _2 ^/ lShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
3 @/ ^+ K) M* I. Z$ S
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
5 r& z" `. `8 T( B% [0 O-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
$ D! l$ P* {& \0 Q; j3 s- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
9 K0 G/ h4 B! d3 t0 Q-Providing general clerical support to the office.
! z# x9 H$ j7 k4 R; {-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
