Job Duties / Responsibilities
" _, u. j* {8 _2 N. v• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
, T& @8 G& z$ X- C+ `* @( b! J• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.1 a# o1 V! v# x4 H" u% l
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
' ?/ b7 I4 f1 p, T& q! L" w2 N• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
( R7 m% g" j3 A# U• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
- P0 q; X6 M( `4 ]' f• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; 0 e. G) e" K5 h7 \; q7 ]' m
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 0 S; b$ H J9 y( M3 X6 ^
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; : c$ ]% h$ D' z9 s
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; + P% ^( b, r2 E' f
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
