Duties- L3 K* X. i/ I O
Delivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items
# t. `# [9 {; W$ F4 \Obtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments) U: |' ^6 E* n, ^
Ensures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound) S, `: A4 ?5 C" I/ J" w
Prioritizes workload and requests from dispatcher and team lead
; I1 ?5 A0 |3 z! [Operates University vehicles from small vans to 3-ton trucks, including standard transmissions+ j0 [* G, X+ f
Performs related duties as required

/ Z6 _. _. t) o I8 O* UValid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.; X$ {5 _/ _0 |* q9 I

Current certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods; Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) certification
