To my understanding, ANYONE came to Canada as a "VISITOR" is not a resident at all, your temporary visit visa indicated your PRIMARY resident is not here even you have lived here for 12 month.4 r) A3 ~& _( N2 x: s' K* _, e9 D3 |
However this is just my perspective of this, don't argue with me. Several times I asked such question when I encountered with FW officer, I obtained different answers.
