Duties
Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
) `0 P6 T$ O' m' y- hResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
$ s" K, w- r: i$ b6 GResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
5 e3 h: }. e( A: Y, `Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
; n# U, l2 D$ p3 BEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
: ~7 |( |7 Z( cDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
5 U1 \) Q+ q: e  P! E  M6 oExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
' e8 H2 ~; o6 ZStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
