• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 9 N. l0 [; a% y" @5 c
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
( v" f: G F2 R2 H$ _• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. " A3 |; Y6 i2 _
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
/ I. Y6 p' \- O" ^% Q• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
