Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

( V0 `. h, j- ~6 L* q. F. Arange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;
& _* j; m7 U* n! A+ u7 e* ?; n3 z
Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

3 v5 M" o8 Y( ?) W- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
3 |0 `* k1 W1 M& k9 N- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
0 c1 B# a; A3 R4 r. O3 j& x# D-previously related office experience preferred;

* w8 M: s1 h4 Y- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
; ?( P' y, b- f0 K9 V* p. ~& l& ?- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
