If you are going to do some jobs on high voltage equipment, you shall follow the proper isolation procedures just like 3# NorthernWolfy said above.

1. With single line drawings in hand and must be TWO journeyman electricians.

3. Make sure all the high voltage equipment and PPE are UPDATED. Like arc flash suits, high voltage gloves, high voltage testers, and no defects to the ground chain. |
