After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. ! q6 o6 u1 _2 a: `( Q% Z1 X* c

1 E! F# o: L) o" j! FWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.! F/ Q- Y" R% p# R R) v
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

* \. D! ^; t. h4 D! L3 \5 U TWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.: H" Y/ c; s+ E4 m- C, L% n0 r
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
4 t* g3 d u0 X! CConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

7 C& J/ n& `' a( R; L* n zThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.# Z3 @- A2 R& |$ N% \
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
