I tried to fix a leaking problem of hot water from the kitchen faucet. I shut off the inlet main water valve and the valve under the sink. As the water should be completely stopped at this moment. But when I removed the cartridge from the faucet the hot water still runing out of the faucet. Why did this happen and what is the possible cause? & o3 }) L$ F1 \- L/ n K6 I
Is there something wrong with the pressure in the hot water tank? Does anybody know how to relieve the pressure inside the tank? * t! o0 t' V& T. M2 K9 d* X' Z) j ? & t0 M6 c/ i& ?5 h% jThanks so much for your opinion for this matter.+ j: W& M: g+ m% j

If you only want to release the pressure at hot water tank , you can look at side of the tank and you can find out a valve, that is what you were looking for
