You will: • qualify and validate manufacturing facilities, utilities and equipment including HVAC control systems, environmental chambers, refrigerators, freezers, rooms, balances, ovens, isolators, autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, vial washers, lyophilizers, particle counters, VHP sterilizing systems and water systems • develop, write and execute cGMP compliant qualification/validation protocols and reports • performs/document investigations • develop and write SOPs for the Validation Group • continuously improve the validation systems and SOPs • provide support to validation contractors • participate in the qualification of contractors and suppliers • participate in cross-functional internal committees as part of the validation team • provide input on Validation Master Plans and Validation Project Plans.
Qualifications: Post-secondary education in instrumentation, electrical or mechanical engineering, or degree in science. 2 – 5 years’ experience performing GMP equipment validations, with experience in validating isolators, autoclaves, lyophilizers, HVAC systems.
