我一个朋友在6月在EDSON超速被开了罚单, 为了避免涨保险打算上庭碰碰运气, 现在收到法庭通知, 定在9月7日上庭. 为了减少警察上庭的机率, 我们打算先拖一下.& i- y) j$ }* H
: i2 p4 q* @* G1 O* y) D8 \% Z向大侠们请教, 拖的时候一般用什么借口可以拖的时间越长越好?

If you cannot proceed to trial on the scheduled date, you must contact the Crown Prosecutor's office in writing at least 7 days prior to the trial date to request an adjourment.( Q& b& A% t- X4 k8 A
