Provide service to TELUS customers.
2 |2 c9 V: P/ p1 o! }Identify customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
3 T) \; a! c+ X9 |, BHandle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner

2 r. j  Z( ?& ]! g2 G7 {' \& o$ `Technical knowledge of data/IP products and services.( o8 _8 R' ?  K% T  P# c
Technical knowledge of voice products and services is an asset.
& `, B3 |$ \0 kTechnical knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and technological/industry trends.* J1 w! i; d3 ^  ~' U/ K
Familiarity with trouble reporting systems is an asset.7 I, Z  ?) n+ ], ?& V
Successful experience in a customer service environment.$ M" q( G# f/ K) X; ~8 b. B+ B1 I
Working knowledge of Personal Computer business software and/or corporate systems is considered an asset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

据说还有个要求:员工要经过正在罢工的人群,才能进入大楼。不知道情况有改善了没有?

7 L" S0 _3 q' ^$ D! n现在罢工已经结束了,这周已经陆续恢复工作了,所以也就没有这个问题了
