原则上不可以,但如果你有home business就可以抵部分合理的mortgage interest and property tax.

There is a trick you can use to get tax deduct.  For example, if you have saved $10,00 on a saving account, I strongly recommand you to use that money to pay down your mortgage and then borrow the $10,000  back to invest.  Now the interest you paid on the mortgage( part of the mortgage) is tax deductable.  Woo, it is too hard to explain, if you need more information about it, you can call me at 953 - 5078 Candy.  I am willing to help because I had the same question as yours and I got helped by a financial advisor.  Or if you want to give your phone number and name, I can forward to the advisor.  ( By the way, it is FREE :) )
