Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
/ M2 q1 s, f# V6 e/ wCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
% R$ k8 ~( x/ w2 r- uTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

7 Q( _7 _5 ^! [0 H" HDuties:
: X7 B5 `; A; @. k& DTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
* p$ d3 c  ^/ s. ]" f Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
) }, r1 O) B0 k! H Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
4 G8 t2 X3 ~7 V2 M3 o8 ?5 ? Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
1 s. L! h+ {& J7 {% r Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
1 \4 p: J3 V% ?) ` Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
5 ~; e0 D0 M2 H! x Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
- Q5 O, d, M/ J. b Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
# g7 l: @( A( k6 T1 M Assist in program planning/design
1 E. a0 G1 N* l$ F: M Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

' R7 K7 D$ U; T; F% {) dAttitude/Skills Requirements
6 `2 S# T! {1 I! @' n$ H; X
 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
1 O' ?- g) D* a A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
! `! z$ d3 n, Q6 p8 j1 f% n$ q; a Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
4 s3 [1 s( U9 o  o Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
- N+ |7 x/ X) I8 D5 v8 _6 {% H' S Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
