Responsibilities:•Reception and office administration: staff, board, committee support
) D1 ]: |/ _# g" F1 s•Web portal/technical tools and statistical reporting
9 l. Z8 D6 }. r9 y. ~# O•Career Mentorship Program: promotion, recruitment, screening, selection and follow-up of participants
6 }# m# i+ \% h, V; b•Event organization/preparation
+ r' ?" g. `: VQualifications/Skills Required:•Administration diploma or certificate
5 o5 @( l. |1 w/ L9 i$ z2 P  ]•1–3 years of Admin experience
# \' p( J! ?1 v•MS Office Suite skills
•Strong English communication skills; written and verbal
8 a5 W! r7 H- t$ c# \+ z& T•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, work independently
•Experience working with multicultural populations
•Bilingual or multilingual an asset
" }( p& o( |4 w& \, R( J! ~4 I% ]; k•Knowledge of iCAMS, Basecamp, Google Analytics, InFlight, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey an asset
Salary Range: $39, 000 – $45, 000
