Main duties:
6 I/ Q+ t/ H- f0 Q& h•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
: [( l) e+ E" J* u( O•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
+ Q4 v4 T, U: Y$ C+ @( V9 `•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
# @, ~3 s  U+ j7 L1 j2 Q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ }, h2 c: A1 z•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
( I1 W3 i: K: A' \9 E; p# i•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
