Job Title: Program Co-ordinator - Smart Choices (AADAC) 35hr/wk

Responsibilities:
•design poetry contest for grades 4-6 students on problem gambling
•solicit donations for poetry/drawing contest
•develop promotional tools for poetry/drawing contest
•contact elementary schools in Edmonton and area to set up display on problem gambling awareness
* g$ S5 v9 v) X7 ]•to initiate contacts in Calgary and to generate interest in developing problem gambling prevention projects
•promote poetry/drawing contest
•contact local library, community agencies, government buildings and City Hall in Edmonton and Calgary for permission to display poetry/drawing entries

R) ]) W9 E5 X* {8 t) L, |•post secondary degree or diploma in social/human sciences with at least 2 years of work experience in social services, addiction services, community work or family services as well as experience working in projects. Fluency in oral and written English, other Asian languages an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy required, including MS Words, Excel, internet
