Mandatory Qualifications:

6 }' K6 F5 ?( ^: k8 T" X7 [•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

( m1 R2 c- v, \' D8 P•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
5 C5 C8 C1 I+ l- v. V; j( |
- a2 R0 Y' @, F, l9 R•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

  b2 g0 X, G' l# o% ^' h•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
