This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
/ z# }" N7 j5 q* T# ?2 d4 j•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
' V3 V  m! Z' q3 }) I" @! J, m# s•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
4 T) F1 G$ H6 y8 r5 K" o•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

3 @4 J7 C2 G$ M6 t% U2 D4 }& DAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

5 b4 u" z! |) m' H•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
7 _& F" e, \9 A6 U•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
% e! L1 \* {& U0 s6 z8 F8 k5 T•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
3 y. J4 T$ r/ e& \•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

/ |. ]% E8 t* b•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
