阿省的技工移民吗？怎么办理在阿省工作的签证啊？

没有雇主可先申请open work permit, 有雇主要雇你的话要先申请labour market opinion, 持positive 的LMO 申请工签.

& D6 H5 L+ |7 m" M+ n如果雇主打算permanently 雇佣你,问它可不可以nominate you （AINP). 需要申请LMO, 以证明这个工作岗位经过recruitment 没有合适的Canadian , 你是最合适的人选. AINP 技术类申理时间大约一个月,第二步PNP 申请,大约一年.
如在加工作full time 一年或以上,Canadian experience class, 按CIC checklist 提交表格文件,重要文件如雇主信和语言成绩.
$ m* M1 Y5 h- x0 ~' N# z如在加不满一年,境外有一年以上相关工作经验,federal skilled worker （arranged employment). 境外education 需要做本地某机构认证,亦语言成绩.

If you are talking about a person who does not have a valid Temporart Resident Visa, or is not a full time student, or not a spouse of an applicant, or not a claimed refugee or has no connection with Canada at all, who just has an intention to move to Canada to work, i guess the first question should be "How to find am employer/go to school in Canada".
* {& R/ |" h8 r& ]Even for Foreign skilled worker, CIC is hard on the employers now. Government wants to see the employer try to hire the Canadians first, then foreign nationals. That's why LMO first.
