) }7 M' i+ q' d& \7 h! `• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

, C/ @' X M% N' v• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.1 x5 c( ^/ S4 _1 E: u6 m- O" l

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.' N' E) f! Q2 R* p* ^

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

Job Qualifications: u y7 d7 s9 h$ [/ o
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
' o0 @2 _# z9 `, `5 g
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

! P; e- l) ]; g6 w0 u• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
4 X8 ]# r% r( d L
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
* s: Y# e A* I4 v$ u, `
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
+ @) F6 ]! R( x ^ U' n. q. z
• Travel within the assigned region.
