The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.; Z, J" I# D% M( D. M1 r' b" n7 y

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments4 x% }; J- ?* T8 H2 y: n( G. i* B9 G
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies- {7 _1 d e/ B9 Q) r5 }% B
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines) b# I: [ c, r( K( u6 [3 F' S
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
- V, a3 m* D! b" q2 tOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! n& P, X" N. k* b3 Z) B9 DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ g Y+ b% ~* I; w- h. ^& {Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
