Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for analysis, design, testing, consulting, research, and delivery of solutions to clients in addiction and mental health, in order to satisfy business objectives and requirements.
- The scope of this position includes development, system configuration, support, maintenance, changes and enhancements.  A deep understanding of applications, infrastructure, functionality and how AHS IT solutions are integrated is necessary for success.  The position is responsible for complex tasks that may require development or integration of various applications.
- Project leadership for small and medium projects can be facilitated by this position.
- This candidate will work independently with minimal guidance.

- They will provide operational support, recommendations for configuration and / or work-flow improvements.
- Provides system configuration changes and enhancements to improve service delivery while adhering to change management processes and principles
