3 R2 |$ ^- B/ w. ~# v( q  KEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

/ _& g5 N+ U& K$ dQualifications/Skills:
+ x% o3 e' F; ^7 v•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
: k% e  i# o  ?/ I3 a) C3 k•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
•        Proficient computer skills
, Q, P' C% X6 {1 X•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
