Execute maintenance activities including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to all systems / equipment to a high quality to ensure optimum reliability and availability (the systems and equipment include electrical safety systems, motor starters, high medium and low voltage frequency drive systems and PLCs, 13.8KV/ 7.2KV / 600 V / 480 V and 220 V power distribution and computerized control systems)0 |9 d! }3 D2 u) s- e3 K% k0 m
Plan and estimate safe, efficient, and cost effective execution of jobs while minimizing the impact on operations and incurred costs: o; D9 V+ t- s. K4 d
Actively participate in post-event failure analysis and root cause discussions, and contribute to developing solutions

Paraffinic Froth Treatment (PFT) experience is an asset

  O2 @3 S: ~7 @8 K. r5 x; t正因为一个人的好坏无法通过简历来获知,也无法靠耍嘴皮子的面试获知,才需要reference,那个就是口碑。就好比你买个东西,总会看看customer review吧,如果评价很低你还会买吗?同理,同事或领导的推荐就很有参考价值,但不是绝对的,还是要看是否符合资质。) q! h: H6 k9 g: X6 {) w' d
领导也绝对不会推荐很差的人,因为他们也要reputation,如果被推荐人进公司后经常闯祸还声明狼藉,领导也会很难看的,以后再推荐就更困难。即使是大老板的儿子,也不可能空降到管理级别,没能力只会给公司带来损害,这道理都明白。+ y/ Z; x7 l5 V) S% C
一般要混的好,需要的是工作能力和情商。只会吭哧吭哧干活而不和同事客户交流的人怎么能成功?反之,只会吹嘘不懂得干活的人,结果也不会被重用。比如我公司一个老员工很会说话拍马,但是在一次提拔team lead的时候,老板还是选了另一个新人,因为其他员工普遍反映那个老员工很懒。领导和员工嘻嘻哈哈聊天很正常,但他心里明白谁干活好谁不好。
: m3 O. l  W% B- C% m5 D( y4 a那么被推荐的那个人是最强的?不是。对于很多公司来说,只要能胜任这个职位就ok了。最强的那个可遇不可求,而且工资待遇也会更高。
0 W* x6 o% d3 K* F而且我认为这种问题不仅仅出现在加拿大,国内也很普遍。我当时一个大学同学,面试时别人争着说话展现自己,他一句话都不说,面试官实在看不下去问一些问题,他也只是敷衍了事,结果直接顺利录取,因为后台够硬。

我的职业道路啊!每三年似乎是个坎。

* j( d* M. R% f, ]6 G' Y倘若我是这个情况,知道自己有很坚实的专业功底,有相同类似工作经验,只欠关键人物来引见给有拍板权的人物,引见成功, 我会把我的头半个月的工资收入拿出来做悬赏。这种物质激励应该有帮助!猎头公司就是这种模式啊。

8 o; n. a7 I% d5 f猎头公司要的可远远不止半个月的工资, 而是你每个月收入的 20% - 30%.

! b$ g% x# y! L* p呵呵,这你还真错怪这些公司了。很多职位长期挂着不是不缺人也不是所谓的什么钓鱼,有一部分是为了帮助自己职员申请移民时满足移民局对公开招聘广告的公告时间,更多的其实是非常简单的........那就是人早找到了但广告由于HR的疏忽或懒惰而没及时撤下

但猎头是找用人单位收钱,我从合同工转成正式工时,公司还专门跟猎头打了个招呼,因为工资下调了,他们的收数要相应调整。

现在也想跳槽,认识多年的一位赌友(power engineer 出身,现在是一中型石油公司部门经理,年收入30多万)要帮我进他的公司干 maintenance, 永久职位,我还犹豫不决。我是管道工第三年学徒, 工会会员。一直以为工会工作轻松又高薪,就是经常被雷,没想到山外有山, 还真有不少工作比工会收入福利更高更好。
