In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
4 \" {% e) a& ~% sAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
) `( o1 ]+ K: y  MAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
! Z) h( H" Q. B4 H9 t& GBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
) l) W( ]4 Z3 R( J" d, kEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
+ ]. G# Y" s4 u1 ^1 u5 aPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
1 W, {: Z6 h% K. A/ NSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:
* b2 o% Y( C/ u' z. ?- `
Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

  }8 F% h: V( m8 N& t+ @! jCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
