# L# k9 |) A* j& ?& oŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  l  \( j( ~0 T8 m8 I) T! sŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% }& F+ L; D$ U; S$ j# c0 |8 OŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
  ~1 i2 K: }% B0 k2 ~' u, z8 jŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
$ i, h5 Y8 w. x4 JŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
5 Q( Z* a8 H# v* ?+ C, WŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
6 ^7 e" T' T8 xŸ   Valid driver’s license
9 ]% g& e8 b* E, L1 d2 RŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
* Z- R9 f) t9 EExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
