CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
' n' Z  h8 U) t1 _-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
, [, D' F3 w9 U7 T- @-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

& @, z3 y4 ~3 F  V4 S- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
9 U# D. M- b; d, k- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- N' i  f: _" r, V- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
