CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
) e# u  N" Z& PShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

7 s' |" p( ]% R& VKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
5 Q" a! p  c1 {' b8 G8 X3 @-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
) z6 f# B+ H, k; M- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
) n) @* b8 @1 N1 o-Providing general clerical support to the office.
/ K' L# W2 h9 d# P-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

7 e" C: {; P) {6 v( m) _0 ^5 k- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
7 `; ^. H" }! ?1 \0 H- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
1 @. {1 u4 o7 o4 w; S- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
