CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
: s( @3 S/ E' t* M" ?, k. \
5 ]5 |( X& @' u-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
1 I- g' H3 U) j! l5 @-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
1 l3 b, }. ]/ p, l5 ^9 g' Z- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

) h$ P$ m% ]8 N* s2 X/ r9 M- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
" b! g; H* z% E$ ]/ Q  M- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
" r% _) E) x. X6 W7 e- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
