-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
4 P$ [/ g0 S+ m( J-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
8 s, D: _6 n, d. Q-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
2 r0 ]- C" U" C( ~* e: Z- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
) F, H4 r8 A) h5 }0 P' Z8 t-Providing general clerical support to the office.
- B. I' |4 k( v1 o- M-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:
9 z! k* q% b/ `0 }, y9 q7 t
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
